Matcha+ Cocoa Nibs Chia Seed Pudding

This is a high fiber superfood that cleans and nourishes your gut for better health internally and externally. Toxin are expelled through the elimination pathways which include the skin. A healthy microbiome has been linked to clear and vibrant skin, so enjoy this recipe anytime of day, but particularly for breakfast to stoke the fire of digestion and elimination.


Mix in order adding chia seeds last. Pour into glass container and chill.


All organic:)

1 can coconut milk

1 very ripe mashed up kiwi

1 tsp coconut sugar to taste

Few drops of stevia to taste

2 TBS culinary grade Matcha powder

1/4 cup cocoa nibs

1/4 cup ground chia seeds
